North Pier Lighthouse
A 34-foot-tall, black-and-white, square-pyramidal iron lighthouse located at the eastern end of Presque Isle State Park in Erie, Pennsylvania. Built in the 1800s to guide vessels into Presque Isle Bay, it is the last remaining lighthouse of its specific design in the United States.

Presque Isle Lighthouse Exhibit
The Presque Isle Light, historically nicknamed the "Flash Light", a lighthouse on the shore of Lake Erie in Erie, Pennsylvania. The first lighthouse at Erie, and indeed the first American lighthouse on the Great Lakes, was constructed on a mainland bluff in 1818, not far from the site of Fort Presque Isle.
Feather Observation Deck
“The Feather” observation platform overlooks an inlet of Presque Isle Bay. This location provides an excellent view of a wetland ecosystem. Once heavily overrun with invasive plant species and inaccessible to spawning fish, amphibians and reptiles. Park staff and interns have worked very hard to return this area to a native wetland and allowing for open-water once again.
